Background

The Elmhurst Rotary is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their annual charitable fundraiser to raise money for college scholarships and other charities they support. Tickets will be sold from March 20, 2018 up to and including the day of the event May 5, 2018, with the drawing taking place at 7:00pm at Ditka's Trackside.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
