Background

Request for one two-year renewal per the 'Term of Agreement' as written in the 2015 contract with Thompson Elevator Inspection Service, Inc., for elevator inspection and maintenance services. 

 

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board extend the two year renewal as written in the 2015 contract for elevator inspection and maintenance services to Thompson Elevator Inspection Services of Mt. Prospect, Illinois.
