Background

The Arlington Heights Historical Society is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their "Wee Bit of Irish" raffle being held during Irish Fest on July 13 and 14, 2018. Tickets will be sold July 13th from 5:00pm - 11:00pm and July 14th from 4:00pm - 8:45 pm, with the winner will be determined at 8:45pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
