Background

 

On April 2, 2018, the Village Board approved Ordinance #18-007 authorizing an amendment to the previously granted Ordinance (#17-028) which authorized Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat of Subdivision approval to consolidate the subject property into one lot.

 

Recommendation

 

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on May 9, 2018 where Commissioner Jensen moved and Commissioner Cherwin seconded:

 

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of PC#17-014, the Final Plat of Subdivision to consolidate the property at 120-122 E. Boeger Drive into one lot.

 

Roll Call Vote: Commissioners Cherwin, Dawson, Drost, Green, Sigalos, Jensen, Lorenzini and Chair Ennes voted in favor.  Motion carried
