Background

The Arlington Heights Historical Society is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle taking place during the Farmers Market - Village Parking Lot S on one of the Saturdays during the Farmers Market Season. Tickets will be sold from 7:30am to 12:30pm on a date to be determined, the winner will be announced at 12:30pm on that date.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
