Interpretation of size limitation for Class "B" & "BB" liquor stores

 

Trustee Tinaglia moved, seconded by Trustee Sidor that the Committee-of-the- Whole recommend to the Village Board to direct staff to remove the language from the code regarding size restrictions for Class "B" and "BB" liquor license holders.  The motion passed unanimously.
