Background

The Arlington Heights Park District is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle taking place at during the Holiday Party on December 14, 2018. Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, at which time the winner will be announced.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
