In accordance with the Agreement with PAM adopted in 2015, the Parties were to review the effectiveness of the Agreement three years after the new PAM Board was in place. As a result of that review, the Parties have agreed to some modifications to the Agreement. The new Agreement better describes the type of funding the Village may provide and expands the size of the PAM Board from seven members to nine members. These changes were discussed and approved at the August 27th Committee-of-the-Whole Meeting. 

The PAM Board has approved the new Agreement.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board adopt the attached Resolution Approving an Agreement with the Performing Arts at Metropolis.
