Background

St. Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the Bond requirement for their raffles held in conjunction with their Bingo events on February 22, May 17, July 19 and October 25, 2019. Tickets will be sold the night of each event from 6:00pm to 9:30pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
