Attached is the Illinois Department of Transportation Motor Fuel Tax Resolution appropriating funds for the 2019 MFT Street Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Program.  Funding for this project is provided in the approved 2019 Budget year. 

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code appropriating $1,800,000 for the 2019 MFT Street Reconstruction Program.
