On November 19, 2018, the Village Board approved Ordinance #18-042 authorizing Preliminary Plat of Subdivision approval to consolidate the subject property into one lot. The petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision, which contains the necessary signatures required for Final Plat of Subdivision approval. The Village has reviewed the Final Plat of Subdivision and verified that it is substantially compliant with the Ordinance #18-042.

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on February 27, 2019, where Commissioner Dawson moved and Commissioner Sigalos seconded:

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of PC#18-016, the Final Plat of Subdivision for 608-614 N. Haddow Ave.

Roll Call Vote:  Commissioners Cherwin, Dawson, Green,  Jensen, Lorenzini, Sigalos, Warskow, and Chair Ennes voted in favor.  Motion carried.
