At the February 4, 2019 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Nancy Hundrieser, Police Officer. Nancy Hundrieser injured her shoulder while participating in defensive tactics training. 

The settlement amount of $45,960.63 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the workers' compensation settlement for Nancy Hundrieser in the amount of $45,960.63.
