Background

Performing Arts at Metropolis is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle to be held on April 27, 2019.  Tickets will be sold at the Metropolis Box Office and the Arlington International Racecourse from March 7, 2019 to April 27, 2019.  The winner will be announced at the event being held at the Arlington International Racecourse on April 27, 2019.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
