Background

Performing Arts at Metropolis is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffle to be held at the Sunday Soiree Event on September 29, 2019.  The event will take place at the Metropolis Ballroom and Metropolis Performing Arts Centre from 4:30pm-9:00pm.  Tickets will be sold from August 1, 2019 thru September 29, 2019 at the Metropolis Box Office/Metropolis Ballroom.  

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the Bond requirement.
