Attached is a supplemental Illinois Department of Transportation Motor Fuel Tax Resolution appropriating additional funds for the 2016 MFT General Survey and CAD Drafting Services used for the Street Reconstruction and Street Rehabilitation Program.  Funding for this project was provided in the proposed FY 2015B and FY 2016 and $60,000 was appropriated.  However, an additional, $1,094.93 was spent under this contract and a Supplemental Resolution is required.  

This procedure is required by the Illinois Department of Transportation in order for the Village of Arlington Heights to access these funds.  

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the  Supplemental Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code appropriating an additional $1,094.93 for the 2016 MFT General Survey and CAD Drafting Services.
