Attached is the Illinois Department of Transportation Resolution for Maintenance appropriating funds for the 2016 MFT General Maintenance for traffic signal maintenance.  Funding for this project was previously approved and $104,856.45 was appropriated.  However, an additional, $6,668.60 was spent under this contract and a Supplemental Resolution is required.

This procedure is required by the Illinois Department of Transportation in order for the Village of Arlington Heights to access these funds.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Supplemental Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code appropriating an additional $6,668.60 for the 2016 MFT General Maintenance for Traffic Signals.
