Proposed Substantial Amendments to the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and the 2019 Annual Action Plan have been the subject of two public hearings and a 30-day public comment period. The second of the two required public hearing on the proposed Substantial Amendments to the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and the 2019 Annual Action Plan is scheduled for the July 15, 2019 Village Board meeting.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the Substantial Amendments to the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and the 2019 Annual Action Plan including any amendments that are made as a result of discussion during the second public hearing.
