As part of the design for the Backyard Drainage Improvements 2019 project, the homeowner at 212 N Brighton Place has agreed to dedicate  an easement along the south seven feet of the property. This will enable the Village to install the public storm sewer into the homeowner's yard to capture a low lying area and drain it to the public storm sewer in the street. The Backyard Drainage Improvements 2019 project is scheduled to be constructed in fall of 2019.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that a Resolution Accepting a Public Storm Sewer Easement along the south seven feet of the property at 212 N Brighton Place be approved.
