Requested Action


1. Amendment to PUD Ordinance #06-043 to repeal Condition 17, in order to allow for construction of 17 three-bedroom units versus 8 three-bedroom units.

Recommendation

 

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on July 10, 2019 where Commissioner Drost moved and Commissioner Cherwin seconded:

 

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees, approval of PC#19-008, an Amendment to PUD Ordinance #06-043 to repeal Condition 17, in order to allow for construction of 17 three-bedroom units versus 8 three-bedroom units.

 

This recommendation shall be subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The petitioner shall comply with all Design Commission recommendations from May 22nd, 2018.

 
2. The petitioner shall comply with all remaining conditions of Ordinances 06-043 and 14-015.

 
3. The petitioner shall comply with all Federal, State, and Village Codes, Regulations, and Policies.

 

Roll Call Vote:  Commissioners Cherwin, Green, Jensen, Lorenzini, Sigalos, Drost, and Acting Chair Dawson voted in favor.  Motion carried.
