Background

Galloping Out is an accredited organization that provides funding for the rescue, care, rehabilitation and retraining of thoroughbred race horses. Galloping Out is requesting a waiver of the bond fee for their event being held August 15, 2019 at the Arlington International Racecourse.  Tickets will be sold the date of the event from 10:00am to 7:30pm, with the winner determined at 8:00pm.  

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement fee as requested by Galloping Out.
